Zero Hour has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate my firm committment to your privacy. I understand that privacy is very important to Internet surfers, and it is very important to me as well. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for Zero Hour.

Information Automatically Logged:

The server that hosts Zero Hour gathers the IPs for each person that visits the site to help diagnose problems with and to administer my site. Since I don't link to my stats anywhere on this site, I'm the only one who should be able to look at those IPs, and I don't pay much attention to them anyway and don't really care about your stupid IP. Its just a number to me, and I'm not a hacker and have no desire to hack into your computer through your IP. Furthermore, if you have a dial-up connection, then you'll have a dynamic IP and therefore, it instead of a static IP won't make a goddamn bit of difference who knows your IP because it will change the next time you log onto the Internet anyway.

Advertisers and Cookies:

I do not use outside advertisements anywhere on this site. Since I don't have any advertisements (this site is completely non-profit) there will be no cookies within any advertisements, because those advertisements simply do not exist. I also don't use cookies for anything else on this site, so cookies are not an issue at all here at Zero Hour.

Personal Information:

I don't collect any personal information from anybody on Zero Hour, and therefore, I cannot disclose it or sell it to any third party individuals or organizations, because obviously, I can't sell or give away what I don't have. If I should somehow get your personal information (which could only happen if you give it to me), I will not post it publically here at Zero Hour or anywhere else on the net regardless of the circumstances.

External Links:

Zero Hour links to several outside websites. I take no responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, so if there's something about that website that offends you or pisses you off somehow, take it up with them; I don't care. If I find that their privacy practices are appalling, then obviously I won't link to them. But I'm not going to refuse linking to them just because someone finds the content offensive, insensitive, or otherwise reprehensable, so don't bug me about it.

Email and Feedback:

Email sent to me will be for my eyes only and will not be posted on the site without your expressed written permission. Most of the time I won't even want to display your email anyway, but in the event that I do, I won't do so without your permission, and I will omit your name and email address as well. Those who wish for their feedback to be made public can either sign the guestbook or post a short message in the shoutbox.

Guestbook Postings:

Zero Hour has a guestbook and messages posted in the guestbook are available for public viewing, meaning anyone passing by can read whatever shit you post. In otherwords, I strongly suggest you not be a moron and post your home address or phone number or any other information that you don't want people knowing about, and should you be dumb enough to do so, I won't be held responsible for the consequences. However, I will not tolerate posting any personal information about anybody through in the guestbook, and posting such information about third parties will result in immediate removal of your post.

Changes to Privacy Policy:

I reserve the right to make any changes I want to on this Privacy Policy, with or without notice. More than likely, I probably will keep it the way it is. But if I want to change this thing, I can.

Contacting the Webmaster:

Should you have any questions or concerns about this privacy statement or with anything else on my site, please feel free to send me an email and I will respond as soon as I can.
